1. Service
MyFirstHandle helps parents check username availability across third-party platforms and optionally purchase domain names. Availability results are best-effort signals based on public information and may change between checking and account creation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Accounts are intended for parents and legal guardians 18+.
3. Subscriptions & refunds
Premium is billed annually at $10/year and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Refunds within 14 days are available on request via the contact page.
4. Domain purchases
Domains are sold at the registrar's wholesale price plus a 10% service fee. Once a domain is registered in your name it is non-refundable but transferable per ICANN rules.
5. Third-party platforms
We do not control Instagram, TikTok, Roblox, Gmail or other destination platforms and cannot guarantee that a name remains available or that an account will be approved.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
